The issue I have is simple, my car that had already been service here before, was towed here on 1/19/2024. It has an extended warranty. The service rep never bothered to verify or confirm what was covered. I already knew what my deductible would be and asked the rep to please confirm coverage before proceeding. The rep gave me the impression they didn't want to be bothered. He told me that I would owe $500 for diagnostic fees. This is before any work is done and is offensive due to the fact my vehicle only has one issue but is being double charged in diagnostic fees. This is very different from saying "after we verify your warranty info or if you have coverage, you will be responsible for the diagnostic charges if your policy doesn't cover it". No one could have an issue with this statement. The rep gave the impression that my business was not welcomed and the only thing that was valued is the money they wanted to make, instead of actually helping the customer. I stopped doing business here due to similar issues in the past, but the tow company will only tow to the nearest dealership. This is how I got back here. I wish things were improved, but as of now I cannot make that statement. Great sales experience, poor service experience, which destroys the relationship of the dealership and it's customers. You will always get repeat business and great reviews, if the customer feels welcomed and understood no matter what department they visit in your facility. In my case, even after telling the service rep that my vehicle is under an extended warranty and has been serviced there before, the rep never acknowledged that information. Which immediately led to a disconnect of trust in the dealership.
