I saw Dr Chelsea at the On Demand Center for an urgent visit. She was very thorough and professional. I felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Chelsea.

I don't like their billing department. 5 months ago I scheduled an appointment for today. I gave insurance card and driver's license to check in. Nothing said. I see Dr. Get my annual physical. Go to check out. They inform me they no longer accept Aetna Better Health of Ohio Insurance. Did not notify me Did not inform me when checking in. So I am told as I checked out. Services already rendered. Then have me sign a paper stating that they are now informing me that they no longer accept my insurance. That was for future reference. I sign not realizing that they're saying that I already knew before I had my appointment that they no longer accept my insurance also I didn't date it and they backdated it. Crooked is, as crooked does.

If you want to have your appointments canceled last minute or moved on the day you turn up, this is the place for you! Waited 18 months for an appointment after my first one was canceled a couple of days before I was due to be seen. Then turn up for my reschedule months later to be told it was set for a different time. Even when I have a confirmation from them. Its funny that while I was waiting to see if they would still see me, two other people turn up and were told the same thing. Not sure if its Dr Dunn, or just whoever sets up his appointment. Either way, time to find a new doctor! Save yourself the hassle find a better provider.

Cant say enough good things about the entire emergency room team. Everyone treated my mother with great care and kindness.
