Great experience at Dr. Fixler's office. The staff was extremely friendly, and Dr. Fixler moved around her schedule to squeeze me in last minute. Will definitely be making an appointment again with Dr. Fixler the next time I need some work done. Thanks so much!

Regrettably, I will have to leave Dr. Fixlar's office. The new office manager is, "HORRID" and the new dentist (a male, not sure of his name), treated me as if I had the worst dentistry case he has seen in his life! He spoke down to me and was just concerned with making a sale. Dr. Fixlar is an amazing dentist and I have referred many friends and family to her practice. The atmosphere has definitely changed in the past 18 months and that's unfortunate. I am currently looking for another dentist that caters to cowards.

Dr. Fixler and her dental team are overall good. Facilities are modern. I chose her last year as our new family dentist. However, Ive decided to search for another dentist now. Even though Dr Fixler is a good dentist, and would have been a good choice for us, her policies are restrictive and her office manager is an absolute nightmare. Customer service experience should be an important part of any business. I had a very odd call with her office manager a few months ago, but decided to let it go. Recently I had to reschedule two of my appointments because if s sudden work scheduling conflicts I had. I called 24 hours in advance not 48. She (the office manager) said that the cancelation fee is 100 dollars each, even thought I was not cancelling just rescheduling. She was not understanding at all and refused to work with me. She also mocked my accent, this is something she did in the previous call. To me it was the last drop and I will be searching for a new practice. In summary, Dr Fixler and her dental team are pretty good, but her policies are restrictive and her office manager needs some coaching in customer service.

I went to Dr. Fixler's office as a new patient, and let me tell you... The staff there is so nice! They offer all their paperwork online and it's quick and easy to fill out before you come in. Once there, I received a brief tour of the facility, and passing each of the exam rooms I could hear greetings from lots of staff members. Dr. Fixler's facility is really clean and has an easy layout with two exits and two restrooms. The waiting area is well spread out to accommodate for COVID. During my exam they took multiple x-rays and created a chart in no time. Meeting Dr. Fixler was very pleasant, and she asked a few questions about me to build a rapport. It was nice to have a provider care about their patients in that way. I look forward to my next visit!
