Met with Ryan at the end of February/ beginning of March and we really appreciated his straightforward approach and helpfulness to the home buying process. We were originally incentivized to work with Bryce Realty because of their connection to Homes for Heroes, which ended up being a huge plus for us, but after talking with Ryan and Dave we were inclined to work with them for their professionalism and drive to help us. Here we are 4-ish months later in our first home that we love. Ryan and his dad, Dave, made the time and effort to drive from Sidney to all over Dayton and never once complained. We cant say enough about how appreciative and grateful we are for meeting these guys. Ryan and Davethanks so much for being supportive and understanding, especially when we lost to other buyers.

I was relocating to the sidney area from over 3 hours away and I was lucky enough to see David's sign in a yard and called last minute to view a home while I was in town and he was very accommodating. I ended up purchasing a different home but Dave was a pleasure to work with and helped us find the perfect place for us.
