Worst experience. I had to do most of the work between this office and my doctor's to get my medical clearance. And after all these interactions not one person mentioned that my insurance wasn't going to pay for my 1st procedure until I was sitting in the chair ready for it and I was told I was going to have to pay $2000.00 before I left. Needless to say I left. These were the most unprofessional people I ever met. Clerical were very pleasant but other than that I really dont know if they know what they are doing. I had bad vibes from the beginning should have ran then.

Brought my son up here last week for a appointment and sat for over a hour before he was even taken back. Brought my son in law up today for an extraction and it's been two hours and they haven't even begun working on him yet. If you make a appointment here clear your entire calendar for the day. Not very efficient in their time management. Yes we are patients but we have schedules to keep as well.

Usually I have a pleasant experience when I go in for my cleanings. Today I had went in for cavities to be filled. I felt during the process the doctor was somewhat rude and thought it was funny to make comments in the process.
