TriHealth Clinic at Walgreens-Sharonville

Forewarning to any future patient: this location only allows a 5 minute grace period if you are late or they will cancel your appt. My husband was going to be 10 minutes late to his appt and they told him he had to cancel. They said the grace period is only 5 minutes. In this day and age I figured TriHealth would provide a longer grace period for those who are literally lining their pocket. Ive been a patient with TriHealth for several years and every other practice has a 15 minute grace period. Not to mention every time we have used this clinic we have had to wait 10-15 minutes anyway to be seen. Im not sure why this location only allows a 5 minute grace period but nonetheless we are unimpressed with this unreasonable policy and will use another provider moving forward.

This is our second time seeing Dr Jessica. Both times were outstanding. Her bedside manner and overall pleasantness was so refreshing. We love our Family Practice doctor but when she is busy or out of the office, Dr Jessica will be our go-to. This location is convenient and they got us right back each time we have come. So thankful for another option when my son has been sick! Great location!
