I called, it went to voice mail. I figured they were busy so I left a detailed message asking to please return my call. Since I was out and in the area, I decided to stop by and check things out. There were 2 ladies (employees) talking, not one customer and it's been 15-20 mins since my call. She never approaches me, but yells out "Are you looking for something?" I said "yes, I'm looking for....." I had to actually approach her for answers. She really didn't want to be bothered. And when I asked her how much something was, it was twice what I can get on line. I asked about something else and she said, "I don't carry that and I will have to order it on line." I said I could order on line myself. I told her we had been getting some info on another supplier and she says "ok, GOOD. " very unprofessional so on my way out, I simply told her thank you for returning my call. She mumbled something. No wonder they have so many problems there.
