Extremely shading marketing. We found a flower basket online for $69 for their deluxe size. Their website said free same day delivery. We didn't actually need it delivered for 3 days so time wasn't an issue. Before proceeding with the order the first thing I asked was if the address was within their FREE delivery area. I was put on hold and then told "Great news! you are in our free delivery area and we can get it out today." I told them it didn't need to go out until Friday. After an 18 minute phone call in which they gathered all information including my credit card # I was told the total charged was $93.88. 35% more than the quoted price. They said it was "taxes and fees" What fees? Your website says free delivery. He said it was a service fee. I said the first thing I asked was if we were in the FREE delivery area. He said "Well we charge $18.99 so we can get high quality flowers." REALLY? I can't assume when I call a FLORIST that I'm going to get high quality flowers unless I pay an extra $19?? Just put on your website that the flowers are $88 instead of lying to customers and saying they are $69 and then telling them after they run your credit card that there's a FEE TO GET QUALITY FLOWERS! The shop was also listed as a "Locally owned business" yet I see they are all over the country and have 1.1 Star average for 176 reviews on YELP. Wonder why??

My Daughter had a baby girl my first Granddaughter and wanted to send her flowers. I call this florist from my office and reached a message after it rang forever. I waited 40 or so minutes called back, it just rang? No answer. I waited another hour still no answer?
I called Corso's they delivered some beautiful cut flowers, in my Daughter's favorite colors and she was excited.
I gave Golden Rose a shot a my business.

Beautiful flowers arrived this morning from Chewy. I was so in shock that I forgot to tip the driver. I drove down to the florist to tip the driver but although the lights are on, sign says open until 4pm the door is locked. Id like to make sure the delivery driver is tipped. The arrangement caught me off guard and I wasnt thinking.
The arrangement was beautiful, by the way!
Edit: I was able to get hold of them by phone. They remembered the bouquet and expressed their condolences. Genuinely sweet people. Were touched that I wanted to come in to tip but were adamant that I not. The lady seemed more appreciative by my phone call.
This is a top notch florist with beautiful arrangements! Thank you again for bringing a smile to my face during a sad time.

From another state I ordered roses to be delivered same day to a busy festival location locally, they made it within a few hours and the flowers were perfect. Great service.

Sent flowers for a funeral service and they never delivered with about 8 others. This florist didn't even contact to inform me and I am trying to speak with someone to no avail. How disgraceful! Take your money and then don't deliver! Shady!
