The older woman in the drive thru early in the morning during the week is very rude. No reason for this. If you dont like your job. Work elsewhere.

They just turned me away due to the weather. There are no tornado sirens, no rain, no thunder, no lightning, no snow. The weather is 74 degrees and cloudy. So Im not understanding what the weather has to do with you guys making my macchiato. Absolutely worst worst Starbucks Ive ever been too.

I don't know who it was who suggested my drink because I can not have coffee chocolate or milk but this was great. Hazelnut and coconut milk wow

Ordered a coffee, waited 20 minutes inside, still no coffee. When I asked, they said oh your coffee is right there. It had been sitting on counter for 10 minutes but didn't have my name, it was someone else's name. Then it was already cooled off and did not taste like what I ordered. Also cup was only three quarters full. Have never had a good experience at this Starbucks. Won't be going back.

Excellent service. Very fast, friendly & professional. They just need a better location like in front of the Sandusky Mall. Current location is not enough space and too much traffic for its area
