The ladies came in for a deep clean, but didn't deep clean the entire space. They did a nice job on my stove, but the rest of the house was subpar. I'd originally given a 5 star review. I should have waited until I was able to look at everything. I will not use this service again. Service: Deep clean

Updated review: after leaving a poor review, the company called me back asking more information about the issues I had. They offered to send a cleaner back out to resolve the issues. Everything was then cleaned to satisfaction and talking to the cleaner helped me understand better options that could be personalized to my needs in the future. I appreciated that. I would advise anyone who goes with this company to make sure you know what you are getting up front and exactly what may or may not be included in an initial clean. I thought an initial clean was also a deep clean, but that isnt necessarily the case, for example. Original review: I recently decided to hire a cleaning company because I am a new mom and I find myself pretty busy these days! The house has fallen into a less clean state than usual, unsurprisingly. I don't mind picking up around the house and am able to do the basics, but I wanted to hire someone to do a "deep clean" to get to all of the stuff I simply can't take time for any more, like scrubbing grout, dealing with under the toilet rim, cleaning harder-to-reach fixtures, and things like that. The ladies who came to my house did wonderful "housekeeping" tasks and upon initial walk through, I was impressed. Everything smelled great, the stainless kitchen appliances were all shined up, beds were made taut just like a hotel and toilet paper was even folded and stamped! However, as I began taking a closer look, I noticed a lot was done poorly or not touched at all. It was a mixed bag. For example: The wood dining table was super polished, but the easy-to-reach chandelier above still had a layer of dust. The baseboards in the living room were clean, but there was still a cobweb in the back doorway. The bedroom beds were made perfectly and floors were vacuumed, but fan blades still had a thick layer of dust. The dust on the bottom of the toilet base was thankfully cleaned, but a mildewy layer remained at the water line and under the rim. Obvious soap stains were removed from the shower and sinks, but that orange/pink mildew is still hanging out. As stated before the appliances were polished, but the range top was still dirty and grimy. Perhaps my expectations were too high? My house certainly was not out of control or filthy, but maybe I need to hire a specialty company who does grout scrubbing and such? But I was assured on the phone these things were included in an initial deep clean. What I received was in line with what I'd expect from a weekly or monthly clean. Again, the purpose of me setting aside money to do this was to take care of the tasks that I don't have the time or desire to do. After spending several hundred dollars, I will still end up having to find time and energy to complete all of the unpleasant tasks I was trying to avoid.
