My hair was totally blotched by a different location in terms of a bleach job I had gotten done, not only did the stylist here color correct it, she bleached areas that needed re bleached, and kept fixing it until it was all one color. This took over 4 hours! And she restlessly worked at my hair. This was about 5-6 years ago. Im a brunette now and Im so excited to go in and see if anyone is available to do some highlights soon! I will take before and after pictures. :)

I was given a chi smoothing treatment by Stylist Beth. Beth spent almost an entire day on my treatment because we also had to dye my grey hair.
My long hair now looks shiny, healthy and smooth. It cost me but it is worth it! I am receiving alot of compliments! Thank you Beth! I highly recommend Beth for a top job! Services: Blowouts, Hairstyling

Went in for a simple request. Before the girl at the desk answered, I knew this place was not going to touch my hair. Not all JC Penney salons are the same.

Did not know the Salon tinted eyebrows.
Had them done the 20th of this month . I am going to do it again on the 24 of Aug for my nephews wedding
