        Honestly, this has to be the worst insurance I've personally come into contact with in the state of Ohio. My advice, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

        Connie was very rude on the phone every single time I contacted her. Then when she finally got me a policy quote, it was going to be 142$ a month. Which is extremely high for someone who hasn't had an incident since September of 2018 and nothing prior. Got a quote for the same exact specs of this policy she provided from State Farm and it was 88$ a month. I do not recommend these rude & inconsiderate women to set up an insurance policy. They are literally doing it for there own personal gain. If someone you know or a family member recommends them, I would STRONGLY advise you look elsewhere. It will be worth saving your money. The 50$ cancellation fee if you cancel after 60 days was well worth it, considering I would still be paying less for a single month of coverage while transitioning to a different company & policy.
