Kathy is one in a million! Last fall, we worked together on selling my home for well above asking price AND market value. She took the time to take exceptional photos of my former home, and ensured the description was honest and accurate. She really showcased what a great gem of a home it is, and for a brief moment I (silently) actually reconsidered selling it. BUT I am thrilled to be in my new home living my best life- all which made possible with Kathy's help. This woman knows what she is doing! She is pleasant, professional, and punctual. What I really like about Kathy is that she is approachable. She answered many questions I had about becoming a realtor. I like that I get to now call her my friend.
