Amazing staff! 10/10 experience I am not a patient with them, but they performed my daughters tongue and lip tie correction. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was friendly and greeted us. We had no wait time. And Dr. Chelsea and her assistant Victoria were great with my daughter! They explained the whole procedure, made sure we were comfortable, and comforted my baby through the whole thing (which wasnt easy). They never made me feel rushed afterwards while I got her calmed down, and they were all around super sweet. If I were closer, I would definitely use them as my dentist.

This dental place is very informative, patient, kind. And they actually listen and do what you would like to do. They are willing to work with what I can afford financially. They cater to my teeth sensitivity. There's little to no wait time in the waiting room and not long for services once in room. The work that they did on my chipped tooth that needed a filling is absolutely phenomenal! I was very pleased, I can't Even tell it was chipped. And my first visit I got the best dental cleaning I've ever had. I really can't say enough good things about this place. Definitely go here. Look no further

They should receive no stars but a star is needed to review. This is my first ever google review, I start with this because my experience was so terrible I felt compelled to write this review. I entered this practice because it was convenient to home. I didnt do much research but word of mouth was convincing that this was a great practice with knowledgable dentists. I cant speak on behalf of the other dentists but only from my experience with Dr. Chelsea Ewing, from the beginning I felt unsure of her knowledge and experience to do her job correctly. She doesnt have any bedside manner, and is very abrupt/rude at times. I can deal with that but when you are struggling to get the job done and done correctly is what I cant deal with. We had started the process of my root canal and all seemed to go well at first but she did seem to struggle to get anything correct. She took much longer than I was used too. She would actually stop and question what she needed to do. I still have discomfort with my cap on my root canal, after multiple attempts saying it didnt feel right and nothing was done to appease it, I just decided to let it go. I gave her one more opportunity as once again this practice was convenient, she was to remove my wisdom teeth. Unfortunately, for her this is what led to this review. It was without a doubt the worst experience in a dentists office I have ever had. She came rushing in and half explaining what she would be doing to remove two of my wisdom teeth. She began numbing (mind you only in a few places, I later learned it needs to be multiple places when pulling wisdom teeth) and said she would be back, after about 10 min she came back, pushing around and I said pretty clear, I still feel this a little. She said okay let me give you one more, she left for 5 minutes and came back. She didnt check, she just went right for it. She began to pull and I started getting shooting excoriating pain. I started making motions to stop and she wouldn't, leading me to scream to get her to stop. She flew back and said If you cant handle this you need to go to an Oral Surgeon, your fine, can you handle this or not? LAUGHABLE! I said I know I need either more numbing or time to numb, she gave one more shot, that she claimed was all she could do. After this shot she waited only 2 min, but I just decided to suffer through the pain with a half numb face, while It took her a good 45 minutes to get my fist tooth out. She then looks at me says well I cant get some of the roots out so Im just going to leave them in there, we will deal with that later. Im thinking what a mess, I told her no, please remove them. Second tooth came and by this time Im completely numb so it isnt as intense, she struggles getting it out for about 30-40 minutes again and then having to dig out remaining parts of the tooth. Thank god, I was done, she ran me out of there and I couldnt wait. I knew I was never coming back. She just has no experience, not only is she young, she just doesnt have much confidence in what shes doing. I went to Dr. High in Wheeling for the other two. I was very nervous from my previous experience but he was amazing. The experience was completely different. All I can say is, it was a night and day difference. He numbed me appropriately with a enough time for me to be numb, it took him 10 min to pull both teeth! Save yourself some time and money, Dr. Chelsea Ewing is just not qualified to perform this procedure as well as many others. Hopefully this review is a learning experience for her.
