Denny's - Closed

I was at the Denny's on Buck road in Rossford. I think management needs to give these two out standing workers a raise. Selena a server and Michael a cook. Brother and sister. For the work atmosphere they both had to go through today with a smile on their face and tried there best in serving the customers. Two employees walked off the job but two remains. Denny's was out of alot of food inventory and no one to clean the dishes so the server had to pass out coffee cups to go with lids and out of straws and more. Had to tell customers it will be 45 minutes to take their orders. Other customers just left. Or talked really rude towards them. But those two stayed calm and did what they could do. So management what will you do about this?

Unfortunately they are very short staff, one waitress and one cook, that was it. Our waitess was absolutely awesome. She brought us drinks and we told her to go ahead and get caught up, we could wait. She was thankful. We ended up leaving her and the cook a nice tip.

I have never been so disgusted in a restaurant. The waitstaff were terrible. The coffee was cold. I waited far too long to have an order never taken. My wife and I decided to leave after we watched the waitstaff on their phones while we sat with our menus closed in front of us, a usual sign that you have picked what you want to eat. When we asked for our bill for the coffee, which is all we had because we didn't even get to order our food, the hostess cursed out loud. Another patron said that they saw it too. I will never go back there, and I suggest others don't go as well.

We went in for breakfast this morning, the waitress told us to seat ourselves and she would bring over some menus. We waited for 30 minutes with no menu and no service. The waitresses were passing me and making eye contact so I know they saw I was frustrated. When I finally went up to the counter to ask for help the waitress said she forgot about me and then said I shouldve come and asked for a menu earlier. That simply is not my job?! When I caught an attitude rightfully so, I was told by a male employee to leave. So we did exactly that. I will never come back to this place and I dont recommend it one bit.

Arrived at 11pm and was asked to wait for the server to seat us. After quite some time the server came out of the back and told us to sit wherever we liked, but nearly all the tables, except a back booth, were dirty. We sat where we could and waited 40 minutes for the server to come get our drink order while she chatted with the people that came in after us. We knew what we wanted and ordered a simple order but waited another 45 minutes for the food to come out a complete mess. Food was inedible and the server heard me say as much but never came over to attempt to make it right. To be clear, this isn't a case of simply not liking the food. The food tasted horrible and had clearly sat the entire time post-order. I wasn't expecting a 5 star meal, but I was expecting food that was edible and hot.
