Herman Textile Window Fashions

Been trying to have them service broken shade they installed for 9 months now. They will not return email or phone calls. Poor customer service.

We had a great experience with Joel & Herman Textile Window Fashions in our homes, including new Hunter Douglas window blinds, sun shading on our three-season room and reupholstered a piano bench. He has also been instrumental in helping me in my business, as a general contractor and on our jobs and referrals. Commercial blinds and shading are a specialty of his. Fantastic quality and the best customer service will get you far. We highly recommend Joel and his company.

When I first moved to Cleveland, I had the amazing good fortune of choosing Herman Textile Window Fashions for my draperies in my first apartment downtown. They insulated the space from the wintry lake winds and beautiful as well. Little did I know that we would be still in connection throughout the years. Joel's honesty and dependability set him apart from others in his industry.
