I was looking forward to working with Forest City Tree. However, I havent even received an estimate to do so. I booked an early morning appointment, and the estimator was significantly late. I had communicated when booking that as my property has 5+ acres, I intended to use the full hour I paid for, but that did not occur. No notes were taken as we walked, but was told I would receive an estimate the next day. That was two weeks ago, and I never received an estimate. I called Tuesday in case there was a mistake. No. No estimate, and theyre behind. Understandable, however this goes against what was communicated to me. And, I communicated I have other options who did provide estimates, and needed their input or would not be able to wait any longer to book someone given the lead time. They committed to calling me back to confirm if I could receive an estimate by Friday. Never received a call. Highly disappointed in this process from start to finish, and hope this is an isolated issue. For those who take time off of work or time otherwise to meet with them, this is disrespectful.

Arborist Tom was super knowledgeable and friendly. Service recommended seems super expensive but I feel confident that it will be good for our trees.
