Working with Mike and Chris has been an awesome experience. We discovered this company when we were seeking to have an emergency restoration company to render services after our roof was torn off during a high windstorm. On a late Friday evening we reached out to Skoda Construction and within an hour Chris was on the scene giving support and advice as we watch our building become flooded. In sub-freezing temperatures and high winds, a team arrived bright and early on a Saturday morning to install a temporary roof tarp and clean up for water. Chris and his team were always professional and went above and beyond to make sure our building was safe for staff and children to the extent of arriving each day for the first two weeks at 5:30am to inspect for daily issues.
This entire process up until today as led to where we now have a beautiful, remodeled building which can only be attributed to the experience and professionalism offered by this company. I was able to hand the baton to them without feeling worried about them handling all of the details behind the scenes. Another valuable service was how they were able to work directly with the insurance company during the entire 2-month process.
I would highly recommend this company for any emergency restoration services needed or construction projects. Thank you so much Chris and Mike for managing this crisis and doing "whatever" it took to keep our business open and safe.

Skoda Construction just completed a job at our house and we couldnt be more pleased with the results!!
We had our roof, siding, and gutters replaced, as well as all of the trim painted on the outside of our house.
The customer service from Mike Skoda was second to none from the start of the job until the end. Mike was quick to answer all of our questions and kept us posted on all aspects of our job. He coordinated each part of the job and it all looked seamless to us.
Everything happened exactly as we were told. The workers were timely, very thorough, and very neat!
We cannot be happier with this experience!! We highly recommend Skoda Construction and will definitely call on them again for future projects at our house!! Service: Home renovations
