After a water remediation company left me high and dry (pardon the pun!), failing to finish the clean-up and remediation process by replacing a portion of the waterlogged carpet pad and re-installing the carpet, I contacted Bill's Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. What a pleasure it was doing business with them! Daryl and his dad provide superior service with honest and ridiculously fair pricing. I am so pleased with the result. Daryl adhered to my every wish, replacing only a portion of the carpet pad, laying new tack strips where necessary, reinstalling the carpet, reattaching the baseboard, and cleaning the carpet. Just perfect!
