Terry Point Motel

Stayed for a little over a month before going on the road to work. Nice out of the way location and very quiet and peaceful. Good weekly price rooms are clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Stayed here a couple of times for a week for business travel. They are clean, and the neighbors are friendly, but it gets really quiet at night. The staff is fantastic. Both rooms were not quite the identical setup if you into the Motel 6 thing, but they were fine for me. Fast internet and lots of tv channels. Nothing comes close for the price, and it was good to keep my things in a weekly rental when traveling to not have to carry a bunch of luggage and things around. Took me about 35 minutes to get to work in CLE, and Akron is close too.

Will definitely return. Cannot beat the cost!!! The room was a little small, but everything worked properly and all the neighbors were all very friendly. It's in an excellent location for hiking the "little loop of the Buckeye trail" (which I am doing). Safety: Felt extremely safe in this area. All the other tenants are long-term and very sociable. Walkability: Close enough to gas stations and a few other stores that walking places isn't an issue.

I believe that this is owned by the same people as the Ohio Motel a little further south from this location. The room was cozy, and the owners were very willing to help when I had issues with the hot water or air conditioning. The shower was a bit small and I kind of wish that the door had a dead bolt, but aside from that I think that it was a pleasant stay. The bus route near that location is being removed (or at least so I was told), which is unfortunate, as without it there is not too much else within walking distance around that location.
