Do not recommend. First red flag of many, they did not request medical records from my mother-in-law's previous dr as a new patient. They do not return phone calls in a timely manner, if at all. They do not fill out required paperwork when faxed to them by other Doctor's offices. And again, they don't return phone calls so it is impossible to do follow up. They schedule unnecessary testing and then do not follow up on it. They do unnecessary referrals. They give one month supply of medications( for meds she has been on for over 10 years) and they do not call in refills when asked. The lack of professionalism is astounding! I can keep going and going but hopefully this will help other people avoid the mess we are in. Do not use for your family or any loved ones!

This place was dirty, and extremely unprofessional. Yes I have anxiety but honestly at one point I was terrified to be there and almost got up and left in the middle of my appointment.

We/I love love love my mother's nurse Ms. Tina, she's a problem solver. She knows exactly what to do when she sees my mom. She gets her paper work done, gets her meds refilled on time. She texts me back within 48 hours. We appreciate her knowledge. She sometimes directs the doctor what to do. Dr. Norman we wouldn't trade you for nothing. You're like family to us.Dr, Norman S. thank you for your services. You work so hard to keep my mother at her best health. Bless you!!!

Do not recommend. Staff seemed surprised to see me, unprepared. Did not have a form for medical history. Office felt like someone's living room. Exam room: felt like a makeshift exam room, with outdated equipment. Didn't smell clean. Was asked the same questions multiple times by different nurses. The nurse asked me how much I think I weighed, before putting me on the scale. After my appointment I returned to the reception to make a follow up appointment, the lady said she would call to schedule that, she had to go to the bathroom. No one ever called. I wouldn't have been back had they called, anyway. Surprised they're still around, I feel sorry for the physicians, because they seem nice and well intentioned.
