they have done nothing for me. I got nothing for pain & lost wages. tried calling the number I received with the letter an it doesn't work. would still like to resolve this issue.

I posted Pics of the Pot Holes that I hit with the Harley at night coming home. First thing I done, Called German Township of Montgomery County Road Maintenance. Talk to the superintendent. That's when I was told that he knew about the damage to the street and that Issue 2 had passed and they have the money to go and finish the Road repair up to the Intersection of Butter Street. Which the Pot Holes are at the point where the older Road section Meets the New Section which they just done earlier. The Superintendent Gave me their Insurance info and for me to call them to make claim. I done just that. After Talking to Matt From (PERSO) Public Entity Risk Services of Ohio, He said since there was no other reports about those Pot Holes that he would not do a claim. Asking questions like, Doesn't your Husband know the area? Was the Pot Holes Visible? Do to the Harsh winter there are a lot of Pot Holes and the funds wasn't there to do them all !!! After hearing All of this, I was really disturbed and don't understand why they are not allowing my claim to go thru. I feel that the service I received from Matt at PERSO was unprofessional and RUDE! All I was trying to do is get my Rim repaired that which was damaged due to Pot Hole. Nothing Else!!! I feel the responsibility should not be mine due to their negligence.
