Will not recommend nor ever use this location. Made a reservation online and rude woman at the counter simply stated I dont have it when I stated I made a reservation. I did not understand what that meant if it wasnt in the system yet or if it wasnt in their system because I had used Priceline. It was like pulling teeth to get clarification on what she meant. She just waved her hands and said she only had 5 cars and 20 reservations. Very poor customer service and I will not be back ever! Corporate needs to retrain these so called customer service representatives who work front desks

I highly recommend the Reynoldsburg branch location. Debbie does an incredible job of providing 5 star customer service. As a frequent renter, I have been using the airport location as a result of availability concerns. I have reserved cars well in advance with other car rental companies only to arrive to find no car available. I have not experienced this frustration with Avis and the Reynoldsburg location. In addition to offering flexible hours, each vehicle I received from this branch was great and always on a full tank of gas. There is nothing more disappointing than picking up a rental and your first is the gas station to fill up. Thank you Debbie and Avis for 5 star customer service close to home.
