Paid a deposit got no help and was told my deposit was not mine made a complaint with the ohio attorney General and had a reputable law firm in Columbus to file a complaint against them find a better law firm! They spent no time on my case but kept my deposit even though I decided not to file there are way more reputable lawyers in Columbus find one!

Greetings, I have been pushed down as low as a disabled senior can go esp after going through an unexpected, horrible 2 yr divorce that a Fl attorneys office & judge left me in financial ruins. I borrowed a lot of money but still could not make ends meet & ended up in credit card debt which the CC companies were coming after me. The tiny Social Security ck is all I get. Richard called me directly seems like the next day & helped me so very much. I appreciate him w/all my heart. He will calmly help you. Thank you again Richard & sorry this review is so late coming. This place runs a bit of a scam. Came here a few years ago. I brought every document needed to file with me to that appointment ready to hand over. After paying the $200, they declined to take my documents, instead I am handed a huge binder full of legal jargon filled paperwork. A whole books worth. Im talking like 50-70 pages worth. I spent no less than 20 hours trying to understand what it was even asking me. I kept trying to get help from the office to understand it, but they seemed rushed and kept either not answering my questions or would give me some kind of copy and pasted answer that would still leave me confused. It was incredibly frustrating. I am working with another lawyer now from the CaJacob law group and its a night and day difference. Theres no binder of paperwork and collecting my documents for them has been easy. Its also the same list of documents I had originally brought to my meeting with West Law Office. I really had everything I needed back then and they just made the process needlessly difficult. CaJacob law office answered all my questions no issue. I feel West Law Office is a scam because they intentionally make the process difficult so people pay their $200 and never are seen from again. West Law Office never followed up with me or sent me a refund for services not used. Now that I know the difference, know the care I SHOULD have gotten, Im very upset by the way West Law Office runs their practice. Its unethical and needlessly difficult.
