Kathy Swope did nothing to help me project my daughter. She was definitely biased in her services in regards to siding with the mother. I made it clear in the beginning that this case was not about me or my daughter's mother, but about my daughter. My daughter was 16 going on 17 with Kathy made her final suggestion in visitation and she decided to give me approximately 2 days every other week versus one week on and one week off, as my daughter say that she would like herself. There has never been any issue in regards to abuse on my end, but many of times have the police been called on my daughter's mother in regards to mother putting her hands on my daughter and I have the police reports to prove it. Kathy did nothing to help my daughter out at all. All she did was collected her money and decided with mother. I believe she may be retiring and that can only be a good thing.

Kristy swope will lie on the stand about you,she is terrible. Kristy lies on me an had my daughter taken from me that I raised alone for 8 years then files contemp charges on me for her money. What type of human does this to another. I dont know how she sleeps at night knowing that she is responsible for breaking families apart.the five star reviews are from her friends are people that have to suck up to her cause they live in bexley

I have worked with Ms. Swope both as an opposing counsel and in those cases where she has been appointed as a Guardian Ad Litem by the Court. In every instance I have found her to be professional , thorough and courteous. I refer clients to her on a routine basis (who are invariably please with her representation of them) . I would never hesitate to have her appointed as a GAL as, even when I do not agree with her conclusion, I never doubt that she has the best interest of the children in mind and that she has performed a thorough investigation.
