The Inn at Summit Trail is truly rejuvenating. A year ago, we crossed paths with Ellie and shared our desire to relocate Mom from Cleveland. Ellie's sweetness, kindness, and patience made the transition seamless. She's an extraordinary individual, and we feel fortunate to have met her. The facility itself is stunning, and the entire staff exudes warmth and kindness. Our experience here has been exceptional. My Mother has been living at the Inn at Summit Trail for 13 months now. She loves it, and we as her family love it. ALL of the staff are caring, respectful, compassionate, and kind. They All pitch in wherever needed. They know the residents and are always greeting them by their name with a smile. The facility is beautiful, clean, and has much to offer. I wish I could name all of the staff members, but this list would be too long! All in all, a great place! If you are looking for assisted living for your loved one, I would highly recommend The Inn At Summit Trail

They are very unprofessional have a lot of personal relationships going in between workers they bad talk clients and workers they dont properly take care of none of the residents correctly they have favoritism in the job I been in the home health care business for 5 years and never in my life work for a place like this the stuff and HR is horrible they have a BIG TURN OVER RATE and I see exactly why they do Ashley & Nathan are very unprofessional a situation had happened where I was yelled very aggressively at by a male worker named Derrick and told how I felt uncomfortable about how the situation happened just for them to justify his action and tell me I have to move to an different areas all because I was confronted in a aggressive way , just tried to sweep the situation under the rug but if it was they other way around I would of lost my job like I did !! I would NOT recommend anyone work or put your family members in a place like this
