Not a fan of their website. Very clunky to use on a phone. They didn't even have the house I was looking for listed on there, but who knows, nice I didn't use they're weird search function properly.

Worst person we have ever rented from! We've lived in this house that has never been fixed properly, it's always just had a band-aid instead of fixed the right way. We have always been good tenants that have fixed the place up, kept it clean,and paid rent on time. This last time was the final straw. We had a water pipe burst (probably from it not being put together correctly) and when we called first thing the next morning was told a plumber would be out. He didn't get here to fix it til 3 p.m. then 2 days passed until a "contractor" got here to start ripping down the water damage and only because i said either send someone because this place is uninhabitable or give me back security deposit and rent so we can move out. Then the "contractor" left dry wall all over my son's room and never came back the rest of the day to clean it up! I understand things take time to fix but this was a emergency and if you don't have the help to fix it in a timely manner that's on you! So when my husband calls upset to Joe because my sons have been sleeping in the living room most of the week and they're room was left uninhabitable. He calls back saying "nobody talks to me like that" ummm well nobody should be left with no where to go and living like that! So he pretty much tells my husband we have to be out in 30 days! Ok, WOW! So now not only have all of our repairs been screwed up here but now your kicking out a family of six with no where to go during a pandemic. Not to mention my husband is a disabled veteran that served this country and we have 2 sons with a developmental disability. What a stand up citizen to kick us out because you don't fix anything around this place that is falling apart. I'll be surprised if we get our security deposit back without a hassle
