Ive truly found my therapy home here. They are so accommodating and my therapist is fantastic at helping me work through complexities.

Strange experience here all around. I was using EAP benefits and made that known when I scheduled my first appointment. 10 minutes before my appt someone called me to say that I couldnt actually use my EAP benefits on my first appointment and that Id have to pay out of pocket. Even though I was not happy about that, my appt was only 10 mins away so I agreed. They ensured me the next appointments would be covered but they dropped the ball on that too and charged my insurance instead of using my covered sessions.
My therapist was ok. After each of our sessions we looked at the calendar together for the next date wed chat again. After the third or 4th session she didnt pull up the calendar or recommend a next meetingjust ended awkwardly and abruptly. I didnt hear from anyone for weeks so I called to see if she still recommended we continue meeting and she said it was on me to call and schedule with the front desk.which is fine but thats never how it went in our previous sessions and I would look for a therapist to guide how long between sessions. Anyway it was weird all around and I just stopped going and found a new practice and therapist I couldnt be happier with!
