Will not be returning and do not recommend! Called to speak to the manager instead of posting publicly but was not offered any solution or apology, instead the manager blamed their new staff members. Poor customer service and multiple mistakes with my order: 1. Ordered shrimp fettuccini with red sauce - received Alfredo sauce and no shrimp 2. Ordered Salmon which has the description Grilled salmon served over linguine with garlic, lemon, white wine and parmesan cheese - received plain salmon 3. Ordered a pizza sub with pepperoni and mushrooms - received sausage

This is the worst place I've ever eaten in my life they try to charge us gratuity because they thought that we wasn't going to tip the waitress the waitress didn't even do her job and there was two of them my nephew didn't even get his food he had to watch everybody else eat we had to share our food with him she didn't ever even gave me my garlic bread until I was ready to leave and then charge me for it they wanted us to pay $20 to a waitress that couldn't even get the orders right charged me for things I didn't even get they are rude evil people they judged us soon as we walked in I hate this place I recommend nobody ever eats here oh and the manager she is so rude ignorant and disrespectful I've never in my life experience a bad eating place like this and I live in Cleveland Ohio that's horrible and you can keep saying that we're fake it's not fake your restaurant is complete waste of time you did what you did on purpose and try to look innocent that's why when you called the cops they got me my money back right yeah cuz you tried to overcharge us cuz you thought that we wasn't going to tip and why would we tip for a waitress that sits in a group plays on her phone didn't get what we ordered right didn't do her job right they didn't fill up our drinks they didn't bring us the right food she didn't even write it down right too busy on their phones instead of doing their job

I love dining at Monte Carlo! The owners and servers are wonderful The food is fantastic! They also offer gluten free pasta and pizza (cauliflower crust). I highly recommend the salmon over pasta. It's delicious!

That was definitely frozen food not fresh you can tell my waiter did not want to be there because she did her job very poorly and the food was not prepared to my liking or how I told them to prepare it as well as tasty and like Frozen not fresh at all don't waste your time or money at this place it's a joke in there
