Im going on 2 years of chronic lower back pain because of a doctor at this location. I went 2 years ago to get a prescription to help with migraines. Ive had migraines since elementary school, but the doctor wasnt sure what causes migraines and decided to refer me out to a specialist to find out (Im no doctor, but arent stress, hormones and hereditary factors pretty much what cause migraines??). Specialist sends me to physical therapy, I ended up stuck with a student physical therapist, and an injury to my lower back as a result. Now my options are surgery or prescription pain killers (neither an option in my opinion) or live with chronic pain. All I was wanting was a prescription for migraines. I didnt receive any help at all with that. Ive given up at this point.

Dr. Sutter is the most helpful doctor I've had. He takes his time to ask individualized questions and makes me feel comfortable. I scheduled my appt online and his staff was really helpful with rescheduling by text message. He responds to messages over mychart quickly and thoroughly and sends in prescription almost instantly. I really don't like going to the doctor and I've had too many to count, but I feel like Dr. Sutter is the first one to actually go out of his way to help me. I wish I'd have found him earlier!

This was my first appointment, and scheduling was VERY easy and quick. It was less thana week from my first call to first appointment for a full physical. The staff were kind and efficient, even with the COVID precautions, and ran the office much better than my previous physician's practice. Dr Foley was very patient, spent more than an hour listening to my concerns and talking about treatment options. There was never any rush or feeling of confusion. Their nursing staff were equally attentive and gentle. I'll be staying with this practice after years of hopping doctors, looking for a practice taht didn't treat patients like cattle.

I became a new patient of Dr Wolfs at this practice and cant even define how utterly frustrating my experience has been. My initial appointment was ok but everything and anything to do with Ohio Healths Physicians Group has been a tiring nightmare. Firstly, you cannot get in touch with the practice directly, everything runs through their scheduling staff who arent on site. This makes communication difficult and messages sent via scheduling or MyChart go unanswered. At my physical no labs were taken prior, not the doctor nor his assistant mentioned lab work until I followed up and was told oh sorry you werent told . This communication took quite a few weeks meaning that by the time I got all the details it was way past my physical which presented billing issues. When you do actually get to speak to a staff member, theyre arrogant and rude. This is a medical facility and some level of politeness would be expected. No appointment goes smoothly, you spend more time dealing with their inefficient protocols or lack there of than having your healthcare needs addressed or even taken seriously. Scheduling is a joke as is billing. If they can find a way to NOT help you they will do so and they do not assist in solve billing issues often putting the problem firmly in your lap even though the coding was incorrect, I dont know what their hiring criteria is but it obviously needs to be addressed. Communication on a whole is non existent so you MUST be sure to read visit summary and notes after each appointment. The final straw for me was my departing doctor, Dr Wolf, stopped supplying my antidepressant without even informing me so when I went to refill it I couldnt. I do not know a medical professional that would do this! You simply cannot allow a patient to go cold turkey off an antidepressant. Dr Wolf should have had my records passed along to another provider in the practice so any medications would continue to be filled seamlessly. This is not health care!
