        I use to love Kemba about 10 years ago but now it seems like it has steadily been declining. This Lewis Center branch is a prime example, as others have stated the employees try to send you through the drive-thru even though your issue may not be able to be addressed through the drive-thru. If you legitimately need help the bankers seem annoyed unless you are bringing in new business. The customer service deserves a one star. Also forget about using Zelle Kemba currently does not support it. It's not a good credit union anymore, bank elsewhere.

        Two stars because it isnt a real branch for lack of a better term. If you need to do anything involving actual money they send you to the drive thru ATM. Not sure what the people working there do all day but its not a real bank.

        Terrible bank. Charges a ridiculous amount of fees, get a new account for them not to activate the deposit setting so was not allowed to deposit money which caused account to go negative and causes fees! Steer far away from this bank if you like to keep your money!
