What's the best place to pay my bill they are shameful they got the elevator closed down 43 months now they're making it old and disabled climb 3 sideways flike the stairs to pay their water bill instead of coming to the bottom of the stairs and setting up a payment message for that message the people behind the window at the water department are very rude to the people that comes to pay their bills so they need To be retrained or replaced. This place is not a very pleasant place to visit to pay your bill but what else do you do.

The people here always try to help love the service! Had an issue with our business water and they got my water turned off within minutes!! Couldnt believe how fast it was!

The fiance and I put 400 on our water bill last month so that way we didn't have to worry about it that much this month. They just came and shut it off and left a bill of $647.47. Can anyone tell me how that math adds up? The bill last month was like 150 and we put 400 on to account yet they shut our water off the following month after being paid almost 3 months in advanced on water?

My water has been shut off for 2 days after paying the bill I told them it was important that I have the water back on and that I work a full time job as a single mother and we still have no water this is ridiculous
