Aids never show up, leave when they want, use the clients, don't do their job, get rehired even if they no call no show for a whole week. Aids ask to borrow money, eat and drink what you have, you get left to not know if their is even going to be a aid. Level 1's even left by themselves when they are not supposed to. Bad place to go through for your loved ones.

Maybe we had bad aids or maybe caught them with staffing issues or something. We had issues with aids calling and canceling not sending replacements. We had issues with a particular aid and had to have a nurse come in to advocate for my mom that the care she was receiving was not up to par to say it nicely. My mother had to cancel several important medical appointments due to aids not showing up or on time. It was like the company just didnt know what to do wwith my mom who is pretty much total assistantance. They would send aid wothout basic knowledge of what they were getting into or training on how to do things correctly. The worst thing is many family members would complain about service and they made us feel like we were lying. It was a horrible situation for my motherit really made her feel hopeless
