I waited three months for my appointment. When I showed up. They had given it to someone else. I was sent text messages and I responded to confirm. They also called a few days ahead of my appointment with a random phone number but they did not leave a voice message. There system is terrible. The woman in charge was rude and had no respect for peoples livelihood. What a horrible way to treat the people who give you business.

Inconsiderate of clients, Unprofessional, and cancels appointments without notice.

Try making an appointment 3 months in advance, text and call you to confirm your appointment then arrive to the appointment to know that your appointment has been given to someone else.
