I have been training with Jen & Chris for over 15 years now. Not only is the price reasonable, but also, they care more about my health & well being than I do! Jen works with my disability & I feel stronger than ever. She can be tough, but that is exactly what I need!! Thanks Focal Point

The Focal Point is an amazing and very welcoming facility. I started personalized nutrition coaching with Jen in 2020! Since then, Jen has helped me reach and maintain a healthy weight. Jen is extremely knowledgeable, highly supportive, and very easy to talk to. She genuinely cares about her clients physical, emotional, and mental health. There have been many occasions where I have reached out to Jen on weekends, vacations, and after hours, and she always responds. I truly appreciate that individual attention! Thanks, Coach Jen!
