So, because you have a chart with my deadname on it, you think it's okay to NOT change it until after I come in for my appointment AND you'll continue to deadname on the call even after you've been told? Yeah...I don't think I wanna go to your office now. UPDATE: I decided to give them the opportunity to fix this rather than find another doctor. I called in and immediately the staff member I spoke with updated my name without issue. So, clearly, there was no policy in place, failing of tech, or any other legit reason to not update my name in the first place. Clearly, whoever took my original call needs to be retrained because treating someone in the manner they did is highly inappropriate.

Very Nice sounding lady answered phone, she then asked me what insurance I have before scheduling exam. As soon as I informed her of my provider, she replied in an annoyed sounding tone, "So sorry, we don't accept your provider, AT ALL!" then hung up on me. (What a great way to lose business, had you stayed on the line for another 3 seconds, you would have heard me say "OK, I'll pay cash then.")
