The Pointe At Evans Lake Apartments

We have been here going on six years and absolutely love it, very well kept grounds and maintenance and office staff are second to none !! We highly recommend the Pointe at Evans Lake.

Very disappointed in my experience. I went to this development to find out more information about possibly leasing. I was advised the 200$ hold fee would be returned to me at the end of 120 days if a unit wasnt found to fit my needs. I applied on that understanding. Units had opened up but very small yards facing the road and having a dog it did not fit my needs. I had to reach out to ask for updates, units had been available and I was not notified until I asked. I am coming up on my 120 days and I reached out to see how I would get my hold few back as no units have fit my needs and they have raised rent since I applied. I was advised by Bri that because a unit was available and I turned it down I lose my hold fee. This was very disturbing to me that a company would say one thing to push someone to apply then forcing their hand or they lose $200. Would not recommend applying to live there as there are plenty of other options that care about more than money.
