IDC Spring

Delivering bales of wire, shipping and receiving office in the photo. Unloaded in record time second shift at 8:45 PM. Appointment was for the next day in the morning. Dock 11 is where they will send you. Plenty of space to spend overnight, truck that was loaded before me is still sleeping on the street. Im heading to my pick up, mad trucker!

I'm an office manager for a company that has utilized IDC since 2017. We have always been happy with availability, pricing, etc. However, IDC decided to adopt a policy during Covid and subsequent supply shortages that they would only sell product to businesses that had purchased within the last year. Of course, with Covid there was a length of time we weren't doing much service as our customers were limiting access etc. Additionally, our business had created a healthy stock of springs ordered (preCovid) from IDC so we were covered with springs avilable for our jobs for a while. But now we used up much of our stock and IDC won't sell to us due to their new policy and we are being forced to purchase from our competitor and no other spring company will bring on new customers. Its a shame loyalty used to mean something.
