Best Agent Ever Though I have personal relationships and a family member as agents, I decided to go with Tanya Blair on the sale of two of my homes. Shes very professional and passionate about her job but also very down to earth and friendly. She spent a lot of time going to bat for me to get the price I was asking. Not knowing much about this process it was so comforting the energy she put into guiding me though it and taking the stress out. I soon realized the knowledge she possessed was a great protection from being taken advantage of. She went above and beyond. She was always at my beck and call even though she was very busy. I always felt valued.

Tanya was incredibly helpful during the process of selling our first home. With this being our first time selling a house, I was nervous about the whole process but she made it simple and stress free. She worked around our schedule and kept us informed through the whole process. She gave helpful advice as to what our house needed and did not need in order to sell and was willing to help with whatever we needed to complete in order to get the home sold. She knew the market value well and her predictions on estimates were spot on. She did a great job with marketing our home and making sure we had a great turnout for our open house. Tanya definitely made the entire process as smooth as possible, even when we were out of state during part of the signing process for selling our home. She answered our questions promptly and in a way that could be easily understood. I felt confident in her and would highly recommend her to any friends and family selling their property.
