Unfortunately, we live in a time where you don't have to be good at what you do, just try your best to make your competitors look bad. I knew on the way to the top we would step on a few fingers. I didn't realize we would find yours so low on the ladder. Since we are here, we might as well use this time for learning more about Atomic City. 1) You didn't find a shop to repair your vehicle cheaper, we stay on top of legitimate labor rates and stay well below for one reason alone, that reason is to be affordable to all in the community. We have to support our community because they support us. 2) All of our customers know me by name. I put my hand out to greet everyone personally. The fact that my name was not mentioned in your review shows you have never entered the doors of my shop, nor had any repairs made here.3) All work done in my shop is done by me or inspected by me. I am OCD about everything. We don't just change brake pads here; we go into detail with a complete cleaning of the calipers and ensuring all slide pins are operating as they should to prevent premature wear. Josh, I would like to thank you for the opportunity to further expand our customer base, by leading the community in the right direction to a friendly, affordable and safe place to take their vehicles.
