Terrace Creek Apartments

This is such a cozy complex! Really close to the bike path, which is great if you are a runner like me! You feel so tucked away and private, but also close to everything you may need! The Property Manager, Cheryl, is fantastic! She is so quick to respond, no matter what time I reach out to her! I cannot recommend this place highly enough :)

Home sweet home! I like my home alot! The staff is great! Maintenance is always out and about doing work on the property. The office staff is always helpful and nice. Like, knows your name kind of environment. I would recommend this place to Everyone!!

It's a rarity I give a place five stars and to be honest I wish I could give them more. The community is very quiet and peaceful. Wooded area that leads to a bike path which puts you in walking distance to Kroger's, Roses, McDonald's, Auto Zone, and other local businesses. The staff here is amazing as well. Erin Suzuki is a wonderful manager and now Brain with maintenance, the make you want to live here and take care of any issues in your apartment as soon as possible. Erin is also very welcoming when you go into her office and talk to her about anything. She loves her tenants and I couldn't think of a better "landlord" than her. My wife Jennifer and myself look forward to many years here.

Terrace Creek is a beautiful community tucked bathing a quiet little neighborhood. There is a nice little creek behind the apartment buildings along with a large grassy area for both kids and pets to enjoy!!
