John R at J Riley Roofing deserves nothing less than praise for his outstanding service. I reached out to him for a roof inspection following hail storms and he was quick to address my concerns with expert care. John's honesty was refreshing as he assessed that my roof didn't need repairs, but did point out the cracked and rotted vent pipe boots that required attention. He provided me with valuable advice on what my roof truly needed without any pushy sales tactics.
In addition to the roof tune-up, I also requested estimates for siding, gutters, and a complete roof replacement, as my current roof was nearing 20 years old. John promptly delivered a detailed estimate that was easy to understand. Although I ultimately opted not to replace the whole roof, John treated me like family throughout the entire process. The roof tune-up done by his team exceeded my expectations, making my roof and pipes look better than they have in years and greatly enhancing the appearance of my home.

I reached out to this company months ago in regards to an issue with my roof that was put on in late 2021, when my roof was added, the gutter guards were ripped off, damaged and never replaced and Ive been having issue with the gutters since the roof had been put on. . Someone came out and looked at it, said there was some issues and a few soft spots on it and they would get back with me and never did. I called back a few months later, they said theyd have to see what they could do and call me back. I never heard back. Then I called another time simply because I hadnt heard anything. Still. And it had been a few weeks. The lady I talked to was rude. Said Ive been told multiple times they couldnt do anything. This company has terrible communication, they never return your phone calls or call you back as promised.

Great group of guys, very professional. I love how every single customer made a 5 star review except for one guy that thought the quote for a small job was slightly higher than the other quotes and thought that was a good reason to leave a 1 star review. Get it together bro. If you think a high quote is a reason for a bad review you're completely out of your mind. The company he chose based on their 'low-price' I'm sure was less than stellar. You get what you pay for 100%

Amazing experience from start to finish! David was awesome to work with and he did everything we could have asked for when going back and forth with our insurance company. We were able to get a full roof replacement covered by insurance. The process was very easy and I would highly recommend J. Riley to anyone!!
We absolutely love our new roof!!
