If I were to go back in time, I wouldn't have bothered to call anyone else for quotes. They not only beat everyone who offers similar services in price (which was transparent and itemized), they took the extra time to make sure the site was clean and went above and beyond in several ways. I had used Hansen's Tree Service when I was on the east side, so when we moved here to Rossford I got an estimate from them again, and several other companies. Decided to go with them again. I told every company I wanted all the branches from the neighbor's trees at the fenceline cut on my side. I had already talked to the realtor about it when I was buying the house, but they said there was no way to get her to have the branches cut so I decided to do it myself because I don't want to deal with all the branches and leaves. I paid Hansen's, and then had to wait over 2 months for them to come do it. They totally missed one tree, and only cut 5 branches from one tree at the fenceline? After going back and forth with emails they came and cut down the tree they missed, and said only one of the neighbor's trees was listed on the estimate. Now they refuse to cut the rest of the branches (that I paid $1,000 for them to cut!!!!). NO WAY would have I paid $1,000 to only have SOME of the branches at my fenceline done!!! EVERYONE I got estimates from knew I wanted ALL of the branches cut, not just 5!!! I AM SO LIVID RIGHT NOW!!! That is some super dirty, shady BS right there! I thought I could trust them. I thought wrong! We literally stood back there and he told me that cutting the branches from that one would possibly kill the tree and I said idgaf, I want all of those branches gone!!! I just got got. Can't trust anyone anymore.
