Ray Cutway and his crew were absolutely fabulous! I had very limited time and Ray made sure that he was able to accommodate my schedule and get new tires. The price was competitive, the service was excellent and the customer service was above and beyond. Ray and the Goodyear crew have earned my business!!!

I am in town for work and noticed I had a low front tire, I went to check the pressure and when I did I realized it was a broken valve stem. I checked online to find a service center and found Good Year by the time I arrived they were just about to close I told them my situation. Without hesitation Ray and his technician Kyle said they would stay as long as need be to make sure I was not stranded. In my experience most places would have said sorry its to late come back Monday when we open. Thanks to Ray and Kyle I did not have to miss any work and that was wonderful. I would recommend this service center to anyone and will be using them this week to check out my front end. Ray and Kyle definitely made my day. Thanks again!!!

I hit a pot hole early in the morning. I was able to drive my car to Goodyear Perrysburg. Nick immediately helped, located my tires same day, and I was back on the road by days end. Great service & people!
