Waterhouse Bath has the most incredible selection of products for my Real Estate clients to view. It makes it so easy to see what the product is and how it works before they buy. I love the knowledge they have on each product....best customer service ever!!!

Jessica was great! She was so knowledgeable and patient with me! I really appreciated the color printout of what we ordered because there was quite a long period of time till we remodeled/installed everything. It all came beautifully packaged. Looks and functions so nice!! Thankyou!

Waterhouse Bath & Kitchen in Perrysburg, was our go-to source for all of our kitchen and bath needs as we navigated a total renovation of our home. Jessica specifically took care of us over the many months our project spanned, and did an outstanding job. She was able to provide information on availability, pricing, lead times, order status and more, quickly, if not on the spot. We especially appreciated that from the first time we walked in the door we didn't feel pressure to purchase, but were given space to look and decide, yet she was close by to answer questions and give suggestions when needed. We visited Waterhouse for our recent bathroom remodel. The Waterhouse showroom is beautiful and offered many options. We had the pleasure of working with Jessica Jacobs. Jessica became my go-to-girl for all things fixture, plumbing and bathroom related. She was very helpful with selection, suggestions, and investigating any inquiry that we had and she always provided timely follow-up. Jessica will continue to be my go-to-girl for any bathroom or kitchen needs we might have in the future.
