I have been looking for a home for over a year with my previous realtor. When home I absolutely loved and knew I had to have hit the market, a friend of mine who had Tyler suggested him. The day the home went active for showings, I spoke with Tyler for the first time and decided to switch to him. He got me into the house for a showing same day! From meeting him to touring the home, I felt comfortable knowing he was going to do his absolute best. Tyler went out of his way to speak to the neighbor regarding the neighborhood area during our showing making me feel even more confident in putting an offer in. Tyler and I discussed a competitive offer and I was under contract next day! Even while waiting for my offer to be accepted, Tyler continued to communicate with selling agent making sure to keep my offer at the top of the list. We did get into a small bidding war but Tyler did not stop continuing to put his mind at what we can do to make our offer most appealing resulting in an acceptance of my offer! While waiting to close, Tyler continued to communicate with selling agent, keeping me updated, answering any/ all questions/ concerns any time/ day asap. Tyler knew my love for this home and how long Ive been looking and was up for the challenge! He came out aggresive/ competitive and got me in the home and offer accepted/ under contract withing 24 hours! Best decision I made and I know without Tyler, I would not be in this home!

Tyler Webster is an amazing realtor. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He has excellent market knowledge, wonderful communication skills, and a high level of transparency. Tyler helped educated us on the current market conditions from the beginning and provided us with helpful suggestions when we were ready to make an offer on a home. His suggestions paid off as our offer was accepted over several others in a multiple offer situation. After that, Tyler was able to quickly change gears and helped us get our current home listed within 24 hours. His quick timing paid off. We received a full price offer the next day. While everything was moving so fast, Tyler helped us remain calm and consistently kept us updated on everything. We never had to questioned where things stood in the process or what the next steps were. He did a wonderful job guiding us through the entire process from start to finish.
