Proactively, Donna put me in touch with several individuals who, along with Donna, I believe enabled us to sell our house (which had sat on the market for 6+ months with no offers) in 8 weeks. She worked with us to change the price, brought in a great stager who did very SIMPLE things, and she marketed the house. I have worked with many agents: Donna is the first who could anticipate issues as the popped up (like working with contractors as we were no longer in town) and she solved them for us. Donna is also incredibly professional and explained complicated issues with it depends and here is why so that we were able to make informed decisions about the sale. Donna was thorough keeping us involved and explaining each step of the selling process. Donna was extremely knowledgeable of the Perrysburg market, pricing, current and possible listings similar to our home. She made suggestions regarding staging and helpful ways to better showcase our home. She kept us informed of inquiries, comments and possibilities. Very responsive. Donna is an incredible agent She was very responsive to each of our request, and was always available to answer questions and give us advice.
