        Terrible place to work !! Want the DSPs to work miracles and not tend to the clients needs they DO NOT care about the clients or the staff unless your having relations with the boss. Then you can get whatever you want even if it goes against the jobs description

        Egotistical management . Money driven, no compation for individuals and there needs. Promised services never offered ie; job training, job coaching, real life cooking skills. If your looking for nothing more than an adult daycare you have found it.
