This company is a train wreck. I am out of the cnc hobby after dealing with nothing but issues with my HD520. Lost thousands of dollars selling as they are an inferior product and people who have experience will not touch them. JUNK buy any of the better machines that can be had for half the cost. RUN AWAY

This review concerns Next Wave CNC tech/customer support. I wanted to tram my HD510 but could not find any information, so I opened a ticket asking for assistance. The next day I received a pdf file with instructions. I wrote back thanking them and mentioned that my spindle was sporadically making a high screeching noise. The next day I was informed that a new spindle was being shipped to me. This is the kind of tech/customer support that Next Wave should be proud of. It was a pleasure working with them and would recommend their products and the company behind them.

Ive had my CNC for about 2 years, and occasionally need some technical support. This company has superior customer service. They always resolve my questions and do so very professionally. This I find missing in todays world, I fortunately. I recently called to get some assistance with virtual zero, as part of my ready to control software. Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to explain the process and followed up with a great instructional video. Thanks for providing a positive customer experience!

Buyer beware. I purchased and this and they seemed very helpful, and I figured after a learning curve this CNC would start working better. I was wrong. Next wave appears to have cut corners in every possible way. After receiving the machine I had some doubts and thought I might want a heavier duty machine, I called to arrange a return, they basically told me I was stuck with it, so Ive tried to make it work. I have been able to get by, but problems at every turn. The bearings have already gone out twice, the hand held control stops working occasionally, the dust collector boot they sold was falling off randomly, and one time fell off and got tangled in the bit cause a small fire. I can go and on. Ive had a lot of friends ask about getting a CNC, and Ill give you the same advise, I love them, but stay far far away from Next Wave.
