SOMA

After having an extremely uncomfortable and terrible experience at Victoria Secret, I came to this Soma and it was a huge difference. The staff listened to my needs, helped me immediately find something comfortable for my body shape and made sure it fit under a dress I brought in. The bras here are no more expensive than the body shaming Victoria Secrets...I would 100 times suggest coming here!

I am high risk& desperately needed to be fitted for a new bra. I tried to just go online& order but I did a miserable job of measuring myself& the fit was terrible. I called the local location if the online store I bought the bra from& explained my high risk status, asked about less busy hours, masking& if I could plug in my air purifier in while in the changing room. Becky who I spoke with on the phone was very understanding& accommodating& she was the one who took care of me when I came into the store. She gave excellent service with lots of fun banter& had me in and out in a reasonable time while making sure I had an awesome fit.

Excellent service! And of course who doesn't love Soma The associates in store were very nice and helpful and the women who waited on me between 4:30 & 5 pm I felt went above and beyond, ordering something that was not in-stock for me. (little girls velour outfit) suggested options that would work for mehowed me. ( Yes I know this is her job but, she was so nice & willing to help & one does not often have this experience now days. Thank you!
